Famm CONNECT VIRTUAL LAUNCH Recap
The Famm Connect Launch Party on December 11th wasn’t just an event; it was an incredible moment for the queer community. Hosted virtually to unite LGBTQ+ professionals and allies from across the globe, it spotlighted the debut of Famm Connect, the groundbreaking social networking app crafted specifically for LGBTQ+ professionals and business owners. And the buzz? It’s still going! Within two weeks of the event, over 500+ people signed up for the app and over 4000+ connections were made, marking it as a pivotal tool for community-building and collaboration.
A major highlight of the event was the panel discussion, where Blair Imani—creator of "Smarter In Seconds" moderated an engaging dialogue. Joined by Madison Butler of Blue Haired Unicorn, Max Siegel, Director of Trans&, and Spencer Hoddeson of Gay Water, the guests tackled the idea of “professionalism” through a queer lens. Their stories and insights deeply resonated, fostering conversations about representation, inclusion, and the power of creating our own spaces.
