What’s the Story?

Ryan is an event enthusiast with a keen sense of humor and the ability to plan experiences down to the last detail. Ryan began their event adventure in hotels & restaurants, planning conferences and banquets for up to 200 guests in vibrant venues. After seeing how fun and chaotic festival planning could be, Ryan moved on to creating amazing experiences at the Philadelphia Film Festival and SXSW. With the current shift in the event landscape, Ryan has recently worked with an agency to plan virtual and hybrid events for up to 400 attendees. Cute Story Events was born out of Ryan’s passion to get every detail right the first time and to continue to connect with new people to create unique and memorable experiences!

Cute Values

Honest and Open Communication

We love when clients dream big! But event planning (especially budgeting) can quickly go astray if everything is not in order. We will give you our honest and expert opinion on what will work best for you, your audience and your budget.

Positivity & coNNECTION

We love smiling. It’s our favorite. Event planning can be stressful, especially when you have a million other tasks on your plate. We invite new challenges with open arms and do the problem-solving for you. We are cool, calm, and collected under pressure and will always connect with our clients and make sure they feel at ease during the planning process.

Good work takes time

Sure, you could get your cousin Scott AwesomeMan to plan your next event for next to nothing, but will it really be the unique experience you want? Leave the planning to experts who dream about timelines and spreadsheets.
